We claim that ‘our body is a temple’ right?
Well are we really treating it this way? Are we treating it like the sacred space it should be?
We may be eating the right foods, exercising and sleeping enough…. But.
There’s always a but.
A Ritual is a ceremonial act. It’s not about religion or witches (though it can be, if you like).
Cooking is a ritual. The art of mixing fresh herbs and spices. The aromas that flow from a boiling pot. Fresh bread and cold pressed olive oil.
Cleansing your face in the morning is a ritual. Touching every part of your skin, and really connecting with it. Dry. Oily. Wrinkly. Smooth. Bumpy. Textures
Being present, in every single moment.
I’ve created two amazing events that I’m SO excited to share with you.
Cooking Rituals: where I speak about my views on food, diets and lifestyle. Learn about intuitive eating and cooking. Find out why YOUR BODY is the only expert you should be listening to. Watch me whip up something yummy and have a chance to participate in a Q & A and have your book signed.
Life Rituals: an exclusive gathering. I share my years of knowledge in the health and Beauty industry. I give your permission (if you’d like!) to strip back the layers of your life and be true to YOU. We talk all things skin, body, soul. Learn how to make your own simple skin care at home and participate in a Q & A session.
These events are suitable for all ages; especially teenage girls. One thing I’m passionate about is teaching younger girls that they are enough. And they will get that in droves.
Melbourne and Sydney have just been released, and the rest of the Australian events will follow in the coming week. Get in quick, they’re selling like hot cakes and spaces are limited.
